Attachment Not Shown After Migrate to New Server

i have running Vbulletin 5.1.3, after few month i`m hosted at VPS, i decide move to dedicated server, but all image attachment shown blank after migrate to new server.

Can you help me regarding this ?

I have check, all attachments stored at new dedicated server.

Now attachment can be accessed, but thumbnail not showing.
