black video thumbnail

I was told to create a thread for this issue. So here it is. I have black video thumbnails since i first installed the vB5. Anybody knows how to fix it please? Thanks:

1. vBulletin Version: vB 5.1.3 but the problem is there from the first time i installed vB 5
2. PHP Version: 5.4.30
3. MySQL Version: 5.5.37-cll
4. Any Addons installed: none
5. Does the issue occur in a default style? Yes.
6. Does the issue occur using the English language provided? Yes
7. Error message on the screen': none
8. Browser and Browser version used. FF 32.0.3 but it was in all previous versions of FF
9. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue. Just by viewing a thread with video.

I think this is a bug, which will be fixed in the next version: VBV-13599

this is little bit different. i see black video thumbnail under each condition. And when will be the next version?

My guess is the same as your other issues, your server configuration is off.
