I am really sorry to open another thread but I am a vbulletin newbie and have another question. I installed 5.1.3 and it seems that this version does not support the same functionality as described in the manual. For example, in the manual is described that meta description and keywords can be set in "Settings > Options > General Settings". But I do not see this feature in my version. Same problem with the XML Sitemap. In the manual I can select various search engines to submit the XML sitemap. My version shows Google and Bing only...

In vB5 you do this via Site Builder...edit the page, and when you save it there are fields fo Meta Description, keywords etc.
This newer system means you can have different values for each page.MARK.B

Meta Keywords are ignored by Google so they have been completely dropped form VB5 as they were virtually useless-
Google doesn't use the "keywords" meta tag in our web search ranking. Review the FAQs or see our video for more information.
The Meta Description (which is still useful) can be set on a per page basis as Mark explained using Site Builder.Comment
