    how can I confirm I uploaded 5.1.3 correctly

    I uploaded from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3 as instructions deleted install but the visual changes arent there. ex. page manager being changed to channel manager how can i confirm i did it right? http://www.osras.org

      you need to run upgrade script. install/upgrade.php

                  It's actually /core/install/upgrade.php in vB5.
