Attachment URL problems

Specs:
-VB: 5.1.3
-PHP: 5.6.0
-MySQL: 5.5.39-log

When going to an attachment URL (/attachment.php?nodeid=5856&d=1263076598) (found via the "Attachment Manager"), VB returns a page showing this in debug mode:

Debug: Error
Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.
