Profile Pictures: Disable Upload, enable Avatar chooser

Hey,

I want that the user cannot upload own profile pictures and must select one of our predefined avatars.
I don't find options for that. Can someone help me?

Predefined avatars are not an option in vBulletin 5.

Can you tell me why? In vb4 it was an option.
