New admin can't perm delete post

I've set a new admin account and it can only soft delete post.

I've checked:

ACP > Channel Permission > Admin User > this is checked YES:

Can Permanently Delete Posts(Completely removes the post from the database)
What else should I check to confirm this admin user can perm delete post?

While I would say this is a good thing. No one except the main owner should have this permission.

What errors if any are shown to the administrator?
