Default Usergroup

I have created three custom usergroups:
• Trial Member
• Member
• Senior Member

I would like to make 'trial member' the default usergroup for newly registered members. Where would I find the control settings for this?

I would also like the title 'trial member' to appear below the user's name when they post. This seems to touch on the Junior member, Senior member settings which I did see somewhere but can't find now.

I chose 'user rank manager' because the title seemed liked the logical place to manage such things but once again names are a bit deceiving in the Admin CP universe.

There is no control or option to do this. You would need to modify the code.
