    Attachment errors

Hi guys. I'm having a lot of trouble with attaching files and links to posts. I can't attach any files (pictures are working). But I cant attach PDF, it says "Error uploading image" and when trying to add a link it says "HTTP 500 - Internar server error".

I recently moved the forum from forum.mysite.se to root, mysite.se and after this the problem started. I have tried diagnostics, deleting cache and cookies, changing my attachment storage from database to file system but it wont recognize any folder i put in so I can't try that out either...

Any suggestions are appreciated or I'll just do a clean install even if it means losing all information.

    Thanks

If you have urgent issues, a support ticket is the best option.
The forum is not a route for instant support and is not monitored all day, every day. We always respond as soon as we can. Our support staff also work in various time zones - for me in the UK, your original post was the middle of the night and your second post was the following morning.

I apologize. I'm just a little frustrated that the software I bought don't work properly. The problem persist even after a complete database wipe and re-install of VB5 latest update. I can't attach any file what so ever. Not even small files like 1kb... So I guess it's back to VB4. I'm sorry for the harsh words but VB5 has brought me nothing but problems.

This should be fixable. I strongly recommend a support ticket, with ftp and admincp credentials. We should be able to get to the bottom of it.
