Have you recently updated the date format in the admincp settings?
If so, go to AdminCP > General Update Tools > Clear System CacheMARK.B

I'm reviewing everything and apparently everything works correctly except it doesn't show the post date correctly.

I'd like for the search to show Day-Month-Year, but it shows Month-Day-Year (see screenshot).
