who's online

I made 2 custom usergroups, and non of the members from this custom usergroupe aren't beeing displayed in the who's online widget.
When you login as a one of this users the who's online widget display's only ,,,, what could this mean ?

I set the option in admincp to view who's online.
please need some help on this one !

nope, i altered the default style so it meets oure needs.

when i switch to the default layout, the users are displayed.

when i login as a "normal" user and logoff and then logon as a administrator i can't see that this "normal" user was online.

Firstly, edit the online users modules so that 'show users from this page only' is set to 'no'. You'll then need to review your custom style to find out why the users do not show correctly in it. My guess would be a missing or mis-spelled variable in the template.
