Repeating RSS Feeds in 5.1.2

We have 2 RSS feeds set up. One is from FeedBlitz and the other from aWeber, our email newsletter provider.

Since upgrading from 5.1.1 to 5.1.2 both of these vBulletin pulls duplicate feeds from them will pull duplicate continuallly until the feed is turned off.

I've got a ticket in for this exact problem. I'm sure if a solution can be figured out it will be posted here.
