Fresh install 5.1.2

Hi there,

Thought I'd give vB5 (5.1.2) a go after buying it in the beta sale ages ago. Got halfway through installing and it stopped at this error:

Code:
Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/.) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/user/public_html/forums/core/vb/xml/import/theme.php on line 468

Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/..) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/user/public_html/forums/core/vb/xml/import/theme.php on line 468
<upgrade>
<message replace="0">Creating a new Style called 'Blue Green'
Template Group: CSS</message>
<startat>2</startat>
<status>Status: Processing XML, Step 14 of 18</status>
<longversion>final</longversion>
<version>final</version>
<nextstep>14</nextstep>
</upgrade>
Not had problems installing before. Any ideas?

It seems like the theme importer is getting bugged up by the open_basedir restrictions. Let me see what we can do.

woostar, thanks a lot for bringing this to our attention. We're working on getting this pushed into the build that will be included into the final release.

I can provide you with a diff, or if you want to open a support ticket and include ftp access, can apply it to your site so we can test it.
