    Core Install failure

    1. vBulletin Version: Vb5 Connect 5.1.1
    2. PHP Version: I don't know
    3. MySQL Version: I don't know.
    4. Any Addons installed: None
    5. Does the issue occur in a default style? Not sure. Haven't been able to install yet.
    6. Does the issue occur using the English language provided? Yes.
    7. Error message on the screen': None. When I attempt to navigate to http://www.mydomain.com/forums/core/...ll.php...there is no content or message
    8. Browser and Browser version used: Safari 7.0.3 and Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153
    9. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue: Follow the steps in Installing vBulletin / Uploading vBulletin Scripts to Your Web Server
Prepped the files using Apple OSX which required me to change /config.php.bkp to /config.php and /core/includes/config.php.new to /core/includes/config.php in the UPLOAD file.

I then followed the installation instructions in the Vbulletin Manual and was able to upload the UPLOAD folder to the Vbulletin folder to my Public.html folder.

    I renamed UPLOAD folder 'FORUMS'.

However when I follow the next step in the process and attempt to run the Install Script http://www.my-domain.com/forums/core...ll/install.php the page is totally blank...just white. (I do replace 'my-domain' with my actual domain name.)

Any suggestions to resolve this issue are greatly appreciated.
