    Attachements to database or file system?

    Under what circumstance should you consider moving all your attachments to the file system? certain size ? certain hardware resources? any guidance?

      I have a vague idea of what you mean by that, which I assume that by renting a VPS from a host would definitely qualify as "not load balancing" meaning I should definitely switch to file system storage!?

          As soon as it's getting hard to make a reliable backup of your database.
