Your Common Installation Issues portion of the vBulletin manual suggests that the Site URL setting under Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details has /core at the end of it.
This doesn't seem right to me, because the description of site url says " the address which users will type in their address bar".
Did the guide intend to say make sure that the CORE URL has /core at the end of it?
