Issue with New Topics button on Navigation bar

We have a few issues with the New Topics button on the navigation bar. Perhaps its the JSON code in there, but I'm not sure. Here is the website: http://www.clothuniverse.com

1) If the results are set to show by Date (late update) They are out of order: See screen shot:


2) If they are set to replies, then they are REALLY out of order, by days.



3) Certain posts in certain forums are not showing up in the New Topics tab at all, even though the forum permissions are set to show them.


Any ideas to get this fixed? We just want the posts to show in order of the last update (by time)

New Topics is a bit buggy at the moment. Today's Posts is the better option (though currently still not perfect)

There's some work being done on this at the moment for a forthcoming release.
