5.1.0 Topic and Post approval issues

Since upgrading my forum to 5.1.0 I'm having a few problems.

Posts and topics now require authorising, mine as Admin as well as other members

Topics I create are not appearing immediately or at all.

Post count has to updated via the update option in the ACP.

Can someone tell me how to fix these issues please, it's driving me mad !

I asked this on VB.org, but in 24 hrs haven't had a reply, so I thought I would post it here to see if I get a response.

Not sure if this is what's causing your problem, but there is a bug where if you deny all in a forum's permissions, then add back certain usergroups, it automatically put them into moderation when they post.

Authorising? They are being soft deleted? Then it would be this issue here:

If you open a support ticket, there are some code changes that can be made. It is fixed in 5.1.1.

This is exactly what is happening, is there a fix for 5.1.0 ?

Hi Graham, did you have any luck with this issue or some support ticket information? I am currently having the same problem. I am at the latest patch level. At the moment I need to approve my own posts as administrator which is really strange.....
