I'm getting a "Increase in authorization permission errors" error in Google Webmaster Tools - when I look into I see that my threads are throwing 403 errors to Google when it tries to fetch them. Yet when I search the pages - I'm not seeing a meta tag that is blocking the bot.
Example:
http://www.fanbolt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13909
This is what I get from Google:
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden Date: Wed, 16 Apr 2014 18:50:04 GMT Server: Apache/2.2.26 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.26 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/5.4.25 X-Powered-By: PHP/5.4.25 Set-Cookie: bbsessionhash=a669f4cf829ea3a89c54c0d3de343a1a; path=/; httponly Set-Cookie: bblastvisit=1397674204; path=/; httponly Set-Cookie: bblastactivity=1397674204; path=/; httponly Status: 403 Forbidden Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent Content-Encoding: gzip Connection: keep-alive, Keep-Alive Content-Length: 4171 Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100 Content-Type: text/html <!DOCTYPE html> <html id="htmlTag" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en-US" lang="en-US" dir="ltr"> <head> <base href="http://www.fanbolt.com/forums/" /> <link rel="Shortcut Icon" href="http://www.fanbolt.com/forums/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" /> Any thoughts as to how get this error cleared up?
