[Forum] Fix background banner

Sorry for my English.

In "doc_width" I can put the link width in pixels or percentage. But the bottom line is always flexible.

I want the background to be fixed in order to put a banner on both sides. But a banner smarthphoneel gets inside the forum (because it is narrower).

As I can do? thanks

You've taken screenshots of this support forum, which is vBulletin 5.
Please take screenshots of your own forum and then post these up in the vBulletin 4 forum.
vBulletin 4 and vBulletin 5 work completely differently so screenshots from one won't work for the other.
