Sing up page doesn't steer any page

As i told,

When someone fill all sing up form and click on "Complete Sign Up" it is waiting on same page. It doesn't steer any other page (like homepage). But there is no problem about membership.

Yes, and no customization except language .xml

The issue is all about language xml file upload problem.
