If you run Maintenance > Suspect File Versions, are any files missing?

I do not get an error running that task on my 5.1.0 test site.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

And none are listed as not containing expected contents?

Do you have the file /core/includes/class_mail.php uploaded and chmod to 644?

Yes, if you run Suspect File Versions, you should really have no files listed at all. Are any default vb files listed and what do they say next to them?
