Is it the same error every time? ARe you on a shared webhost or some level of dedicated server?

Yes, I got error once have new post, reply, or new user register.

I am using shared webhost at godaddy

vBulletin 5 won't work with Godaddy, I'd suggest migrate to another host meets vBulletin 5 minimal system requirements

Actually, and quite sadly, they now meet the minimum requirements.

Chances are one of two issues are occurring:
MySQL Max Packet Size is too low, anything lower than 1mb is too small, we recommend 16MB
MySQL wait_timeout setting is too low. The default is almost 12 hours, but we recommend at least 180 seconds.
