How to add "Recent Article Post" into home page in VB 5.1.0?

Add a search module, have it set only to search the articles channel and its children, then set the other settings as you want.

Or you could make the article preview page (/article) the homepage - we did, along with some script changes to alter the layouts of the articles.

That would be a great option to allow you to drag them around to create the preview layout... But we got around it.. http://apexonlineracing.com/
