I was trying to disable the full use of the attachments so a user does not see it as an option at all. I followed this here and it did not work, was still able to kinda upload as a registered user but... -

Using vBulletin 5.5.2. No plugins installed
Both users... -
After uploading the attachment
the download link
for example filedata/fetch?filedataid=4
is only accessible to its author.
Any one else who click on the links is transfered...
