Try adding this in css_additional.css template:
Code:.videoscontainer .videocontainer, .videoscontainer .videocontainer .restrain { width: 200px; height: 125px; }

If you want to apply the changes to the topic pages only and keep the size in activity stream or in other modules, then do this:
Code:.conversation-content-widget .videoscontainer .videocontainer, .conversation-content-widget .videoscontainer .videocontainer .restrain { width: 200px; height: 125px; }

Thanks for sending the video link. It took me a while to figure out what the problem was. Visually, the CSS rules I provided you should work for the video thumbnail and the video iframe itself. But it turned out that there is a character 2803 (zero-width space) in between .videoscontainer and .videocontainer classes for the second rule. I don't know how it got added in the post, probably because of ckeditor?
Code:.conversation-content-widget .videoscontainer .videocontainer, .conversation-content-widget .videoscontainer .videocontainer .restrain { width: 600px; height: 515px; }
