    Why vBulletin has the most worst support EVER ?

    Hello

    I bought a vB license and about monthes we have so many errors . so many problems and our community is unusable at all .
    why u guys dont answer support tickets ? it takes sometimes 1 answer from u in a week . and u tell you have avg of 5 hours of answering support .
    why u dont care about any customer who buy from u not useing a null version ?
    please please please solve the problems and answer the support tickets .

      I already submit two tickets have no replys .
      I install 5.0.5 still have this problem
      That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

                    Sounds like you're missing the .htaccess file provided with vBulletin 5 or your hosting company doesn't allow redirects.
