    subscription to channel but not receiving notification

    Hi,

    I am currently in the pre-deployment phase and busy testing the product.
    I have subscribed myself to a channel and asked a colleague to start a new thread.

    However, I don't receive a notification telling me that there is a new thread in the channel.
    I just need to know what I'm doing wrong.

    please can someone assist?

    Are you talking about e-mail notifications? There is a bug, which will be fixed in vB 5.1.1:
