Problem with Who's Online

I wondered if anyone else if having problems with the "Who's Online" feature not displaying the correct numbers in 5.0.5? I searched the FAQ and other posts but didn't see it anywhere.

You can vote for it in order to raise its importance. Then (maybe) this will get fixed sooner.

You can make it more accurate.

Edit the module and set "Show Users For This Page Only?" to "No"
Also set "Max online users to show:" to either zero, or a high number such as 50 or 100.

For most sites this should show correct data for who is currently online. Though "Most users ever online" won't be right, that's a bug. I commented that bit out of the template actually until it's fixed.

Thanks everyone. Mark that was spot on got me fixed right up. Now to just get my banner ads fixed in the header I will be all set. Appreciate the help!

That has been a bug for over a year now, and an annoying bug at that. Are there any plans to fix this in the near future?

Right this moment in time, it is not assigned to be fixed in a specific version. But the fix for version is badger, which are seen as high priority issues for customers. We're aware that you guys are not happy with it. Its just not slated against a current version right now.
