All users receiving notifications of Flags

Hi,

On my forum http://www.arlreborn.com

ALL users are receiving notifications when someone flags a post.

When an argument erupted earlier, another user reported the posts. However, one of the guys arguing saw the "Flag Report" - although they could only see the initial screen - when they clicked the post an error came up stating they dont have access to this area.

HOW can I prevent other users seeing these flags?!?!

Sorry it's not ALL users, it is subscription users and above


How can I disable this?

Attached image shows the flagged posts in the subscription user's account (Premium Member's on my forum)
