How to close a thread..

How do I close a thread? I want a topic completed then I will tranfer to completed folder.

Click the cog icon over on the right (in the grey bar) and click "Close Topic".

What if there is No cog icon showing?

It should appear in the toolbar at the top of the topic.



If it doesn't, then for some reason, you do not have any permissions to manage topics/threads.

Verify your Administrator (AdminCP → Usergroups → Administrator Permissions), Moderator Permissions (AdminCP → Channel Manager → Moderator Permissions), and Channel Permissions (AdminCP → Channel Management → Channel Permissions).
