Frontend ( Site) URL version 5.05

Editing the core config file under Frontend ( Site ) Url, it says that ths needs not to be afilled unless requested to by vBulletin support.
So with version 5.05 should I fill this in , or do I upload as is.

the front end /config.php file needs no changes other than the filename. You must rename config.php.bkp to just config.php in your forum root directory.

The /core/includes/config.php file is what needs to be edited with your database information.

Seems like I'm mixing up the config files , the file I'm concerned about is the one from the core/includes
