Time out user searching with adminCP

Hello.
When I entered a user's e-mail address, it tries to search for about 10-15 seconds, then either says "No User is found" or redirects me to the main page.

Our users are around 10,00,000.
MSSQL setting(my.cnf) is;
wait_timeout=50
connect_timeout=20
