Annnouncement in my forum

Hi all

I am not sure any ones has problem as same as my issuse

I just upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.0.5 version

I cannot post new topic in a forum, event admin user once I have announcement in the forum - I remove annoucement, i can post new topic.

If I remember correctly, this is a bug in vB 5.0.5, which is already known and got fixed in vB 5.1.0.
