Posting box missing

I am getting an issue on my forum where the reply bar for posting is missing. Anyone know what to do? I cleared my cache, but it sometimes works, other times it doesn't. This is what it looks like. I have vb5.05

Here is what I'm talking about. Notice at the bottom the reply area is gone

it seems like it doesn't work in chrome, but when you go in firefox it works. It's also not every user, I don't understand what the issue is.

are you in latest activity tab, or 'posts' tab? Look at the top of the thread. Need to be in posts tab

This happens to me on mobile devices as well, have to refresh the page a few times so the editor/post box could appear. What a shame.

Can someone please help me with this? I am getting emails with people not being able to post because their is not posting box.

I've seen it happen here as well but I cannot determine any way to reproduce it on demand. Refreshing the page has always brought it back for me.
