Importing vB5 Blog Posts into another vB5 Blog - Help

Is there a way to import the Blog Posts into another Blog?
I have a site.net/forum/blogs/news (130+ blog posts)

Meanwhile, rebuilt the site.com using vB5 engine. Now I need to import the blog posts from site.net/forum/blogs/news into the new site before it goes live.
I search throughout all tables of the database and I could find the data I want to import.

I made a database backup of (data only) and attempted to imported but ERROR prompted and nothing was imported.

Any suggestions.

You could just move the blogs.
