    Has the site ever worked, or is this a fresh install?

        Do you happen to change the permissions of files and folders on the server? This seems like a server error rather than software vBulletin. Try to insert the file permission CHMOD 0664 and folders to CHMOD 0775

            I can see that "cache" table has error as, and another tables does not.

            Please help me to fix it.

              From phpmyadmin, try doing a repair and optimize table vbb_cache.

                You can just truncate it, instead of trying to repair it:

                TRUNCATE TABLE vbb_cache;
