VB Issues Continue Even After 5.05 Update

Why can't anyone at VB reply, what is wrong with them.

Such hopeless service from a company which was once the pioneers in offering software to create an engaging web community.

I have had enough of VB's crap software, the VB 5 has so many glitches and no one responds.

Unfortunately if you are getting the same errors on this website it means the issue has not yet been fixed and we do not have a fix we can provide- we are also waiting in updated versions to bring more bug fixes.

We don't commit to dates because dates can slip.

5.1.0 is coming, though this focuses mainly on the introduction of the CMS.

See the third attachment, I am logged in (can be seen on the top right) but the comment box hasn't come below and thus like, quote options aren't there either.

I had this issue *on these forums* a few days back...lol (as in vbulletin.com/forums)
I filed a ticket and it was magically fixed....I don't know what they did.

So VBULLETIN support should work on these things next -

1) Like button does not work always, it says log in when you are already logged in
2) After typing 2-3 words, comment box is still loading and the page refreshes
3) The comment box doesn't load half the time, you have to keep refreshing, It wont show at all
4) Image upload has huge issues
5) Users keep getting logged out all the time
6) comments keep going into moderation for registered old users although moderation is off in the back end

Support doesn't fix bugs, That's the job of developers. You need to make sure these bugs are logged in the bug tracker, so we can verify and address them.


Can you please log a support ticket to my attention, with ftp, and the same user's login information that you use and experiences these problems.

Sure, I can do that but I am sure you can experience most of the issues even on this forum of VB, which is plagued with glitches.

I wrote this comment twice, because first time it only posted half a comment.

I think there are so many issues, that it's just not possible for you guys to resolve it. So I think it's better to opt for some other forum brand like maybe Vanilla or Invasion board.
