How to go about implementing this or turning it on for those users who want it as an option? Want the vB to auto-generate and send email notification to users upon the receipt of PMs as is how my setup is configured. The mail server is working fine. The option to "receive email on PM receipt" is ticked for users who want it - they just aren't receiving anything... it is also set to default to "on" upon user registration.
