    Viglink No Workee on v5.0.5

Howdy, I did a fresh install of 5.0.5 and everything seems to be working except Viglink. The menus are not correct and trying to access the app results in "Access denied." Please see attached screen capture. I did a google for "[viglink_gcphome]" and got no results. Am I the only one?

If you go to Products and Hooks in your Admin CP and select Manage Products, is Viglink listed?

A security bug fix caused this, in theory if you download the 5.0.3 zip, and upload the viglink files: core/packages/viglink it should be start working again.

I applied this fix too and it worked, whilst I was logged in, however when I log out, and try to load up the page it says: "There is a serious error and the page cannot be rendered"

Deacivating the VigLink made the forum accessible again... Any ideas?

              Many thanks

              John

                Made which page inaccessible?

                  Hi Wayne,

It was the whole forum, default home page. for e.g. https://example.com/forum/ and by the looks of it any page, that is within the forums. When I deactivate the hook the forum works again, but the VigLink does not work....

The work around I have is upload the VigLink 5.0.3 to install the settings thorugh the Control Panel, and then upload the VigLink 5.0.4, and the website is viewable when not logged in. However it will say Access denied in the Control Panel. However I have set the permissions when I had 5.0.3 installed, so all is good as a temporary measure.
