Allowing users to change their display options

Is it possible for users to change their forum display options themselves, such as setting "Topic Display Mode" to "Linear - Newest First"?

If correct, this was possible in vB4, but I cannot find it in vB5.

Can someone please confirm if this feature has been disabled/removed from vB5 compared to vB4?
