Clicking on DISCARD returns an ERROR (on vbulletin.com too)

When Clicking on the discard the forum returns and error.

I know there is a report:

its should be 100%
as its doing it for everyone on our forum and its doing it here for

It is a known bug since vB 5.0.5 and I am sure it will be taken care of at some time. It is no showstopper though as discard works even with that error showing up.
