Another update - setting the Suhosin memory limit to 1024M too (from 0) didn't make a difference, yes I did restart the apache2 service

Nope. Also I disabled Cloudflare and had the same issue after clearing the cache etc. Debian has been updated from 6 to 7, and all components like PHP, MySQL are the latest available version

Do you know how sick I am of a lack of response?

Imagine the temperature of the sun in Fahrenheit. On a scale of 1 to 10 that's how sick I am.

The errors when posting, the inability to attach images, the inability to go from page to page in a thread because of an error, the fact I had to disable link bbcode as all img bbcode was being changed to url bbcode so images couldn't be embedded since the latest update (no mods or addons), the fact I have had just 3 replies in A WHOLE MONTH from you despite me asking politely and patiently for help. JUST THREE. Infuriating.

I improved the pagination and posting issue somewhat. Pagination still gives errors if I go from page to page quickly. The issue is memory usage. What made it better? Setting PHP max memory usage to 3GB. Yes, 3 gigabytes. And even then if you flick through pages quickly the memory usage exceeds 3GB giving the error. Memory usage by other stuff is very low so vBulletin is using one hell of a lot of memory. Memory usage remains high for 2-3 secs after loading a page in vBulletin after which it goes low again. Why is vBulletin consuming over 3GB memory at peak? I don't want to raise memory limit further as the server only has 4GB.
