    Help needed`

    I am disgusted with the way I and other paying customers have been treated by support. Anyway we need help with the following. I am starting a new thread as support ignored the old one despite me pleading for help for well over a month

    And why the f--k do vBulletin staff feel that it is ok to IGNORE a paying customer, not even to say they don't know how to resolve my issues? Do you have any idea how rude this is?

    1) Image attachments and captchas not working; GD2 and ImageMagick working
    2) Previously renamed category - all threads give 404 error
    3) Pagination buttons give "Unable to contact server. Please try again. If this error continues please contact the site administrator." but clicking in the address bar and pressing enter after the error makes the page load properly
    4) 'Empty response error' for some users when post or reply starts with pasted formatted text

    These four issues need resolving, the third and forth I had not mentioned yet. PLEASE help

      Are you currently on 5.0.5?
      What URL are you accessing the site from, and what is entered into the forum url settings?

                  2) That is a know issue and it is because you renamed it. The corresponding row in the routenew table for the Channels doesn't have the correct route entered.

                          Nobody want to explain why I was told the wrong information?

                          For issue #3 the console in Opera says "POST http://www.thescambaiter.com/forum/activity/get 500 (Internal Server Error)"

                              I found a mod to get around #1, #2 I fixed myself in the database (took ages). #3 and #4 still happen, along with a new error. When I try to move any thread or post I get the error

                              " Invalid server response.

                              Please try again.



                              "

                              And the developer console says

                                          3&4 - Internal Server Errors are just that - server errors. So, in order for us to help, we need to know exactly what that server error is. You may be able to get it from your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host). But, if not, you will need to ask your host what they actual error is.

                                              That reply/edit error never came up for me so I don't know which errors in the log correspond but these three come up and no others

                                              An odd issue - whenever I edit a template it vanishes from the template list in style manager. When I save the edit the changes work but I can't go back and edit that template again because it doesn't appear!

                                                      So I get the below errors in the system error log but when I go to Hostinger's VPS panel it says for my server

                                                      832MB / 2048MB

                                                      So RAM usage is hardly anything, the hard drive is ~3/4 empty and CPU usage rarely goes above 45%

                                                      I think those errors are the reason for the vBulletin errors then, help!

                                                          So mem_limit is 1024M in php.ini and the server has 2GB ram
