upgrade from 4.2.1 to 5.0.5 error

Hi!

I tried to upgrade from 4.2.1 to 5.0.5 on localhost, but i have an error. My forum admincp (http://localhost/admincp) show the folders in admincp. I have some error in apache errorlog:

I think i have rewrite problem, but i dont know what :/
i have php 5.4.9 mysql 5.5.32 and i enabled modrewrite in apache.

Please help me!
