Forums are messed, but I don't know why

When I received that security warning, before appling the patch, I deleted my core/install directory, but I think I messed up something and now my forums don't work.
    Domain is: securibox.net
    Forums are on http://www.securibox.net/vbcore/

Maybe I messed something with config.php on root dir?
on that strange page that you can see loading http://www.securibox.net/vb5/index.php it seems that all links are redirected to http://www.securibox.net/, while it should be http://www.securibox.net/vb5/

    Thanks a lot in advance.

ps: I already tried to reupload all files with a fresh zip vbulletin file, but it didn't work.
I already tried to contact the support team, they suggested me to go to admincp and set the root dir, it's only that I can reach adminCP, but then I click Settings and nothing happens.

Usually the config.php in the root folder doesn't need any edits at all. You only have to edit the config.php in core/includes.

It seems as if your site has a CSS problem. Have you uploaded all vB5 files? Have you already tried to clear the system cache and the browser cache?
