I have a few posts on here about issues I am having with vb connect and I have found another two this week. I have now bought proper support so hopefully I can get these issues resolved or at least an answer as to why they are happening.
I have installed a test server from scratch and can only think that when upgrading my forum that there is something causing these issues as the fresh install does not appear to have them.
I will log a request but feel that my install my be needed to have a once over to see if there are any issues. I beleive that I followed the right path the upgrade and didn't have any problems getting it installed.
Before I log a support ticket is this something that you will do via the ticket system.
