A non user when clicks on the attachment link goes to a blank page

A non user when clicks on the attachment link in the below link goes to a blank page. I have permission settings that Non Registered users cannot download attachments. But what I want is it should go to the Login Page. How can i do that?

Isn't there any customization I can do to fix this?
