Users not being able to post

Strange issue here, users are PMing me saying they are unable to start a new thread or post to already made threads. They used to be able to but currently they can't. It's like permissions have randomly changed but they haven't?

Did you already check, if permissions really haven't changed (Channel Permissions, Usergroup Permissions...)?

Yes I have checked this, it makes no sense.

How can't they make new posts or topics? Error message, missing buttons?

Solved this one, changed the cookie time people just had to remove old cookies.
