Is it possible to charge both a one-time fee AND a recurring subscription using vBulletin 5? If so, how would I go about setting this up?

For purchasing vBulletin, it is a one-time payment.
If you're talking about setting up Paid Subscriptions on your site, the system allows for multiple subscriptions with multiple values. So you would set up one subscription which is a one-time fee and then a second which is payments. You can't do both in the same subscription though.Translations provided by Google.
